We had an incredible experience working with Dash Carolina Real Estate and Richard Fletcher. From the very beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and fully committed to helping us find the right home. He traveled all over with us — from Fuquay-Varina to Knightdale, Rolesville, and even Garner — never once making us feel rushed or pressured.
We were selling our townhouse in Durham while trying to purchase a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in Knightdale, and Richard coordinated everything seamlessly. Even when complications came up with the buyers of our townhouse, he handled the situation masterfully and kept everything moving forward.

Working with Jordan Everington was an exceptional experience. Jordan’s responsiveness from day one made the entire process very smooth. When we found a home with the 'bones' and potential we were looking for, he was incredibly easy to work with as we coordinated multiple inspectors and contractors at the house during due diligence. Having worked with many realtors in the past, I can confidently say that Jordan operates on a different level. He is knowledgeable, genuine, and consistently prepared for the next phase of the transaction. We don't plan on being in the market again anytime soon, but we will be recommending him to everyone we know.
