We hired Mike to install the plumbing fixtures for our new bathroom, including the toilet, sink, and bathtub, as well as replace our water heater, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What really stood out to us was the care and respect he showed for our home. When he was bringing the old water heater up from the basement, he actually laid clothes and coverings along the path to make sure he didn’t leave a mess or damage anything. It’s those little thoughtful details that show how much he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. We have had a plumber in the past that left a mess and even damage everywhere so when we saw this we were very happy. Throughout the project, Mike communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and always left the workspace clean and organized. Everything was installed properly, works perfectly, and gave us confidence that the job was done right. Finding someone who is both highly skilled and truly conscientious is rare these days. I had an excellent experience with Mike and can’t recommend him highly enough.
