Solid Silk Road spot with some really unique dishes. The fried ribs with three dipping sauces were crispy and satisfying, the sesame-crusted pastries were a highlight, and the lamb rice plate with stir-fried peppers was hearty and well-seasoned. Great flavors you don't find everywhere — worth a visit if you're into Central Asian cuisine!

Lamb is really good and you can definitely taste the freshness. Similar to what I tasted on my trip to China. Authentic : ) Portion is great! Lots of lamb in the bowl of soup. 😋

Very authentic taste. The toast bun is savory and hot. Reminds of the great Uyghur cuisine we had in Dunhuang.

Lamb shank pilaf - so good! One of the best I’ve ever had. Generous amount, soft and delicious lamb shank Lamb skewer - not bad but nothing special compared to the lamb shank Mutton soup - pretty good amount for just $3.99, the lamb inside is very soft, good for kids Eggplant, fungus, cucumber - all food veggie options.

Authentic and delicious Uyghur cuisine. We had the roasted fish, and it is really crispy and nice. The lamb skewer is also great.

Nice clean restaurant. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how good the food smelled! And the food was delicious especially the chicken kebab. Service was fast and an all around enjoyable experience. Will be back! Sorry, forgot to take photos before devouring the food!
