I went to this salon based on the high ratings, but left confused, and after getting home, the disappointment set in. The haircut and style I got was so far off from the pictures I provided. I showed various pictures( front, side, and back) to give Briana a good idea of what I wanted to achieve. My 17 year old daughter’s only comment (who recently got her hair cut from another local stylist in Livermore, got a beautiful cut and style) is that it’s just bad and walked away. I have had plenty of horrible experiences and haircuts before so it’s safe to assume I was anxious about trying this new salon. Once again, lesson learned, go to your trusted salon and stylist. DO NOT RELY ON RATINGS ALONE. I’ve already made an appointment with my trusted hair stylist in Fremont to fix my hair. I’m willing to drive further out to see her after this sad experience!
