I’m an independent small carrier company and we worked with Yellow Diamond Logistics previously with no issues. We booked a load with them 1/30/26 as a return load back to Atlanta. I drove an hour and a half out of the way from Memphis in the snow only to arrive to the shipper with the incorrect pickup number and was not able to get loaded. At their request, I waited for almost 3 hours and still couldn’t get loaded. I was told we would receive a TONU payment. They said they would follow up with the status of that payment and never did. When I started reaching out about it, my phone calls were dodged and emails have not been returned. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay far away! Been waiting to be paid for a load I completed on January 5th. It been almost two months now. I’ve tried calling, emailing and get no answer or response. And please do not post the same BS you’re posting on the other bad reviews you have with that email account that I get no response from. PAY YOUR INVOICES!!!
