Ralli’s towing service came in like super heros to take care of me and my family after a semi totaled our Yukon XL by running into us at a stop light going north on 234, not far from University Blvd. Raul from Ralli’s called a tow truck for us and it was onsite within minutes. They even called an additional vehicle to take all of us home after the police report was complete. They saw that my kids and wife were shook up from the accident and took extra care of us, even stopped at a gas station to offer us drinks and snacks before taking us home. It meant a great deal to me. My family could relax and were able to calm down on the way home. Ralli’s towing was an extreme blessing the day of the accident. I’m very grateful that it was this tow company and not anyone else. Highly recommend. Amazing customer service!
