I wish I could give no stars, called him to fix a leaking faucet and tub. Came out took everything apart, cut the pipes, then left said he would be back Monday. Only to text me on Monday and say he’s not going to be able to fix it, and to call someone else. He did put shut off valves on the the water lines. Then stop answering the phone and blocked my number when I was trying to see what was wrong and what he did, so that I could find someone to fix it.

Had a plumbing emergency. Had a bad experience with the first company I called and was recommended to Schaefer. They came out quickly and was willing to work on this multi-day project around our schedules which was very helpful. Very reasonably priced and FAST. Schaefer plumbing will be the first number I call going forward!
