My heat went out yesterday, late afternoon. I called Topline about 15 minutes before their office closed, and I was treated with phenomenal customer service. Joey talked through my issue, walked me through turning on emergency heat, and he got me on the books for first thing today. I will say that he mentioned if I couldn't get the emergency heat to work, he would have come out same day. Incredible! I was informed I would be given a 30 minute notice via phone call when the technician was headed my way. so that I didn't have to wait around. Sarah called today to provide me with a 30 minute heads up that a technician was on his way, and sure enough, he was right on time. Justin was the tech that came out, and he ended up replacing my heat pump motor. He was very knowledgeable, hardworking, and pleasant. He even had to help shovel snow to get to one of the things he needed. He didn't have the part he needed on his truck, but someone from the shop came and delivered it to him. That is exceptional service! Other companies would have come back another day. I had a great experience with Topline, and I will be working with them for a maintenance contract as well as for future needs.
