Let me start with: I highly recommend reaching out to Gary if you're on a budget and you value every one of your dollars. I have a very old house and although I had my shingled roofs redone a few years ago,I hadn't had my flat roofs addressed. Sure I wanted a brand new roof, like anyone else. But realistically I couldn't afford to have two brand new flat roofs installed. When I created my project request it was sent to about five contractors, as most projects are. Of those, four responded. Three came out and provided quotes, one actually provided a quote without even seeing the roofs in person. Hands down Select Roofing & Construction provided the best value for the estimated work. Gary stopped by on the date and time that he indicated he would, he visually inspected both roofs and then knowing that I was on a budget proposed a cost-effective solution in lieu of a brand new roof. Needless to say I hired him on the spot. After reviewing the written quote with all the work that would be performed for the price, I acknowledged it, gave a partial down payment and Gary scheduled the work for today. As agreed, Gary and his crew showed up on time, performed all of the work stated within the contract and left my property just as clean as it was before they got here. I would not hesitate to call on Select Roofing & Construction in the future should I need any further roofing or gutter services.

We hired Select Roofing a few months ago to replace our 20-year old roof and had a very positive experience. Gary provided us with a detailed estimate of the job and took time to explain all the steps and options. Good weather allowed for the whole project to be started as planned and completed in two days including proper cleanup of the property. Gary went on the roof multiple times to supervise his team’s work and even used his drone for additional inspection and pictures :) The whole project was completely stress-free: agreed upon price was fair with no additional charges, job started and finished as promised, and Gary was very flexible and attentive to our concerns.
