Nothing was ever too hard for them — every request I made was taken on board, and every challenge had a solution that genuinely suited my needs. Being a double-storey older home, getting the ducts to the ground level was always going to be tricky, but Ben handled it perfectly. They managed to get the ducts exactly where I wanted them without compromising quality or appearance. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other companies. What really impressed me was Ben’s honesty, while some companies absorb the government rebate, he passed it on to me in full. That level of transparency is rare and truly appreciated.
