Stuck along 405 with a dead car. Called Triton. Triton was responsive to texts while we waited. Tow was on site within about 30-40 minutes of calling (I hear people wait 2-3 hours). Not bad considering it was the middle of the evening commute. Sage, the driver, was very courteous and thoughtful. Very friendly. We were allowed to ride with. I think the experience was about as good as it could be considering we had a breakdown and had to be towed. Price-wise, it seemed to be comprable for the area (had one other quote but a 3 hour wait) and considering they came quickly - I was okay with it.

Hit a curb while driving into to work and tire went flat. Tried to change to spare tire but couldn't get lug nuts off. Called Triton and they were there in 10 mins. Great and professional service
