I would highly recommend Melissa Mann. We randomly met Melissa at an open house and when the need arose to find a realtor for my parents moving from Homosassa to The Villages, she had stood out so we gave her a call. From the get go, Melissa asked their needs and wants and started our search. She never wasted our time. she was readily available, kind, very informative of the areas we wanted and SO easy to be around. She found us the perfect home and gave us ALL the information for an easy closing. My parents and myself feel as if Melissa is more than a professional that we met; she is our friend.
