Appliance Repair Solutions

Have used Bret on a washer previously and he did a good job there. I texted Bret regarding another issue I was having with one of my appliances and he texted me back quickly. While my new issue was not something in Bret's realm (I needed a generate contractor to help with my issue), he pointed me in the right direction. I appreciate working with people I can trust and Bret is always honest. Would highly recommend.

Brett was so helpful diagnosing via text - using pictures I sent him. Ours ended up being a problem that could be addressed with a very inexpensive part we could replace ourselves. He was so helpful in helping us find a part online that we could replace ourselves without him even coming out. You don't find service like that often! He was wonderful!

This is an odd review to leave because I did not have ARS come out to look at our refrigerator. I called in and explained the issue we were having. ARS asked a few questions and said that they would be happy to come out and look at it, but that based on what I had described they were 90% sure the cost to repair would be more than replacing. It is crazy to find a service provider so focused on providing service rather than providing a bill. They may have lost out on this service call, but they will be the first ones I call for all my future needs because I know that they are going to work with my best interests in mind. Thanks.

Bret was amazing. Was able to basically rebuild our rock star LG dryer at a fraction of a new one. Good service, fair pricing, nice company.

We had an issue with our dryer and Bret came out on a pretty quick turnaround - 2 days I think - and got the part replaced quickly and cleaned up the dust and lint from the rest of the dryer base. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Bret and Appliance Repair Solutions.

Bret repaired our dryer by replacing a couple of the drum wheels. It has been working well ever since. If we have other appliance repairs, we will not hesitate to reach out to him again.

Brett ordered are part for are oven, I could not find the correct part number online. But he was able to get correct part and install it very fast from when I called him. The best appliance repair person I ever hired.
