RV 1 Mobile RV Repairs

Prices were incredibly high. $150 per hour for labor. Very disappointing that we were not told an estimate of labor before he spent 3.5 hours.

From the moment I called, they were responsive and made it easy to schedule an appointment that worked for me. The technician Scott arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my 5th wheel. He explained everything in detail and provided fair pricing upfront, so there were no surprises. The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of work was outstanding. What stood out most was his friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect before leaving. Our a/c quit on Tuesday night. We called 4 service companies on Wednesday. Mobile 1 called back and made an effort to schedule us asap. Scott came out Thursday morning, found and fixed the a/c, cleaned the coils and we are cool again. Thank you for the prompt, professional service!! It’s over 90 degrees out, 75 degrees inside. We are 80 years old. They probably saved our lives!! Don’t call anyone else. July 2 2025 Followup: I called RV1 again as the a/c unit had a vibration. Scott came right out, found the fan blades he had installed 2 weeks ago to be the cause, and replaced them. No charge!! That’s great service! Thanks Scott and Charee!

Charges premium labor costs for slow service with a lack of communication that will lead to extra fees.

Scott, the owner of RV1 Mobile repair, came with his assistant Scott Cramer, to our property to install a new AC unit. They were both kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They removed an old Dometic Penguin and replaced it with a Houghton unit, which is much stronger and quieter. I highly recommend this team. All went smoothly and now we’re cool!

My air conditioning went out during these 90 degrees days. He was responsive and fair. I highly recommend him.
