Is there an email or phone number for the leasing office? The one listed hangs up immediately and I’ve been waiting for updates on my background check and application for 2 months now. No one responds to my emails unless it’s for another tour.

Very beautiful property, brand new building. Agents are very informative and supportive throughout your process. I felt very comfortable and confident in their knowledge and the experience provided to me. Plenty of available apartments. very pleased.

Agents waste your time with the building that doesn’t even have permits for occupancy which is very concerning since apartments have been advertised for at least 6 months. Agents urge you to sign up for insurance with the Guarantors “to strengthen your application”, and after you pay the fee, the whole thing falls apart, and the Guarantors try to charge you a cancellation fee assuming it’s your fault that the building is not ready to be moved into. And it’s been incredibly difficult to get a refund from the Guarantors. So inconvenient, waste of time and money.

Brand new building! They have studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms available with awesome Hudson views. Located close to Transportation. Garage parking available in the building for a great price and washer and dryer in-unit.

Beautiful new apartment, move-in, and plenty of space. The team was invaluable on all my questions, and there were a lot of stores nearby. Thank you all 🫶

Regency on Hudson is a new building and comes with new building problems. When I received my keys I was told that the apartment would be professionally cleaned prior to my move in; that never happened. I had to clean all of the construction dust and mess before I could unpack. It took weeks to get the paint splatters off of the floors. The kitchen had a piece of missing trim- it was reported in September- it's still missing. The manager promised to compensate me for the "oversight" but I have yet to see any reimbursement. Utilities- these units are all electric so be prepared to pay upwards of $400+ to ConEd in the winter months. The heating unit will run regardless of turning off the thermostat due to emergency settings that don't allow the temperature to fall below 66 degrees. Not really energy efficient when away from home. I made a request to see if my unit was faulty. The online request was marked complete even though no one looked at the thermostat. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was on a lunch break. It’s been a week and no return call. Update- the heating units were leaking water so the super was sent to check the units. Both received maintenance and seem to work better now. They are no longer “heating themselves” when the temps drop under 66. Wish they would have sent the super when I requested assistance 2 months ago. Probably would have saved me some money.
