Fair price, excellent work. We needed to be flexible on schedule. I was apprehensive about paying such a big deposit in advance. I was especially impressed by how well JP treated his crew, and the level of comraderie they had with each other. Happy people do better a job. There were challenges at the end and JP stayed until very late in the evening, ensuring the best finish possible.
