Cameron, not sure of the spelling lol, came to my house yesterday, Feb 10th on SookeRd. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars. This was for my septic pump out.

Constantly missing pick ups. I’m Constantly making phone calls and getting the run around. Never a supervisor to speak to in getting the issue resolved just empty promises or back ended excuses. Not sure why you charge for a service that you aren’t providing to your customers and by the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one. I am receptive to a one off situation but this is consistent. Offer a credit but can’t determine how much. Say you’ll have a driver pick it up on a specific day cause for whatever reason you missed pick up and your company misses that re-schedule day and say “sorry no trucks in your area” YOU missed the initial day and you missed your re-scheduled day to! Why is this the customer’s/consumers problem for your negligence? Horrible experience thus far with GFL
