We met Kate when the untimely death of my brother left us settling his estate and selling his home. She provided the professional service and advice we so needed at that time. She was also caring and patient as we worked through the process. She is familiar the local market well and knew exactly what was needed to quickly sell this home. Would definitely recommend her and use her again if the need arises.
