I'm doing a remodel and was in need of countertops for kitchen, coffee station, bathrooms and laundry room. Planet Granite stood out to me right a way because they ACTUALLY answered the phone the first time I called AND it was a live body. Call me old school but when it comes to spending thousands of dollars these are things that are very important to me. I was able to get my questions answered and schedule a site visit for the next day where I viewed the different varieties of slab options they had. Maria and Sam were top notch professionals that were attentive to the needs of my project and willing to provide their expertise. We walked the property together viewing different samples and discussing pricing. I became even more impressed when they quickly responded to my request to see a slab matched with a different one that was not near each other. Right away they had a worker grab a machine and move the slab next to the other one I liked so I could compare the two side by side. As a seasoned real estate professional most counter top companies are very grouchy and non accommodating. I was very pleased to see this was not the case with Planet Granite. Price, service, and expertise are excellent 👌
