I found this chair on Facebook Market place. I was looking at new and used and had seen an identical chair, new, at a national furniture outlet chain. It was much more expensive. When I contacted Best Fit I initially thought it was a private seller. Once I realized it was a small business and nearby I went to see it. Their showroom, as another reviewer mentioned, is in the back of the store. This is a light industrial business area so the front is really intended for offices. The showroom is light and open with a loading dock at the back. There is a large selection. There were three chairs like the one I bought. There are a couple of small rubbed areas on the back of the chair. They are barely noticeable in the photo. Other chairs had more noticeable marks or flaws. Things are priced accordingly. There are may types of merchandise and a savvy shopper can find some real bargains. Just understand that these items are surplus, display and return items. While not brand new many are close at a substantial discount. My experience was very positive. I will return and do recommend Best Fit.
