Mr Sarp Keskin is a very professional consultant, very friendly and easy to understand and a good listener.
Explained my symptoms in detail and then presented various options to treat them.
Made a decision on the way foreword and within minutes this was communicated to me via Email. Best ever experience with the NHS.

I had a number of questions for Mr Keskin, following the replacement of a stent in my left ureter, a procedure that had met with some complications.
Mr Keskin explained my current situation and answered all my questions clearly and helpfully.
