I can’t say enough great things about my insurance agent Laura! They are hands down the best in the business. From the very first conversation, they took the time to explain my coverage in detail and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed to make changes, they handled it quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine customer service, but they absolutely do. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who will protect you like family, this is the one!

Having been State Farm customers for over 30 years, my wife and I went through a two-year period where we couldn't get coverage for our new home because of a State Farm policy change. We were stuck with a broker-issued policy from Progressive, which had nonexistent customer service. Once we found out that this policy change had been reversed, we went shopping for a new State Farm agent. A neighbor had recommended Katelyn's office, so I called and spoke with Laura Nielson about all our insurance needs and our concerns over the rate hikes from Progressive. Laura was professional, personable and responsive. She worked hard to get us the best prices (beating Progressive) for our five different policies. Needless to say, we're back being State Farm customers. We cannot say enough great things about Laura and all the staff at Katelyn's agency. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!
