I have been using this practice for 4 years. I have always been treated with utmost respect. I have special eye conditions and the dr referred me to another dr who handled the condition very well. My insurance benefits were explained to me by the office staff very well. When i chose the glasses i got exactly what I wanted. When I received the glasses they are so very clear, I love the glasses. I highly recommend this practice and the Dr is awesome!!

Hi everyone. horrible experience with (your eye doctor center in Ashburn va) at the beginning act very nice an friendly but after chared me everything got negative one star just is for beginning although was trapped..! not on time to order my eye glasses. Suppose to take one week and took me more than 3 weeks with wrong lenses order.they give me hard time to order the right one with lot of disrespectful attitude. They told me don't come to office just call for follow up. Then didn't answer my phone calls or my texts also blocked my number. My phone call never rangin just straight goes to voice mail and not responding. I had a stress full time with them.. and finally got help from police officer to get my new eye glasses. Also charged me alot for some extra options like transition on my lenses. They ordered regular lens I already checked that with other eye doctor with special machin and they said it's not transition one.never return my extra charges for that and didn't give me any prove fo warranty and other options. I strongly not recommend anyone to them your eyes health is very important please don't trust to your eye doctor in Ashburn junction plz. Thanks.

I loved my experience with Your Eye Doctor PC, the front desk attention was superb and the Doctor was very clear, knowledgeable and detailed when explaining my eyes health condition. Modern technology in their medical equipment and cozy office. The price is on the high side but you pay for what you get, I’m very satisfied and I love my new glasses!

I had an excellent experience at this eye care center. the optometrist, was incredibly thorough and patient. She performed multiple tests to ensure my prescription was perfectly accurate, and I really appreciated the time and care she put into the exam. The office itself is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with top-quality technology, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service. In the eyewear section, the staff was just as professional and supportive. The associate spent plenty of time walking me through different frame and lens options, carefully explaining what was covered by my insurance benefits. Their patience and guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the warm hospitality—even offering coffee—made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and customer service.

I had a great experience at this practice. The front desk staff, Hajir, was very friendly and professional. Dr. Manesh was patient, thorough, and very informative. The practice itself was spotless with state-of-the-art equipment. Highly recommended!

I felt so pressured to buy glasses here. When I came in I told them I wanted to look around on my own and they had a sales rep follow and I had try on glasses she kept handing me. When I told her I don’t like the way the frames look on me, she said at least they sit well on my face. Like I have to give up style for comfort, this happened for so many pairs. When I tried to tell them I’ll come back next month when they might have new styles they kept giving me glasses to try on. Then they tried to convince me that they don’t have my prescription, which they requested from me when I came in. I had to firmly tell them, “No, you have my prescription. I need it back.” They were able to pulled insurance information quick but everything else was so uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing experience ! They knew exactly how to treat my extreme case of conjunctivitis and gave me a discount on a procedure to help in office. I called and within an hour they could get me in! Highly recommend
