RAJ EXPRESS INDIAN KITCHEN

TL;DR: I was delivered the wrong persons order, when I brought it back to the store they gave it to the DoorDash person to deliver to the person who actually ordered it. I was so stunned. I left then threw my food away because I can’t trust it wasn’t mishandled. I ordered delivery from here tonight. And the wrong order was delivered. Not their problem, they use DoorDash to deliver food. I called Raj Express and they said they could only get my food to me if I pick it up and to bring the wrong food back. Ok, annoying, but again I get it. The delivery isn’t through them and they didn’t deliver the wrong food, Door Dash did. I drove to the restaurant wrong food in hand. When I walk in, someone asks if that was the wrong order that was delivered. I assumed this person worked for the restaurant and was going just trying to verify that the order was actually wrong and I wasn’t trying to scam them for food. I say yeah wrong name on the receipt. They go ok I’ll take it. And instead of walking into the back or throwing it away they walk out the front and get in a car and drive off. I was stunned into silence. The food that was delivered to me, returned by me was then taken to someone else to eat. That is absolutely disgusting. I feel so bad for the person this was delivered too. If you ordered something and got a very warm mango lassi tonight then my deepest apologies. I cannot believe that a restaurant would not remake food that had been delivered to someone else’s house. I did not eat the food I picked up as I can’t imagine what other bad food safety guidelines they are ignoring. If you ordered something from here, buyer beware. Update: They just delivered another order. I’m guessing when I marked the order as wrong on door dash they resent it. I don’t know there was no contact or confirmation.

Chicken biryani was so bad, I didn’t get chicken pieces also, no onions or lemon or egg or salan that came with it. Highly disappointed. Costly and no good food experience? Bad
