I would not recommend this laundromat. Almost half the machines are out of order, including both washers and dryers. The machine used to acquire new cards and to recharge them, along with the change machine, don’t work, making it nearly impossible to do laundry unless you come prepared with exact change or Apple Pay and your debit card. To make matters worse, the bathroom is out of service, which seems more like a decision made by the staff so not to clean it rather than an actual issue. The place feels neglected, and it’s clear the owners give two hoots in keeping things running smoothly. Save yourself the frustration and find another spot!

This place is huge, clean and cooler then most laundry mats. There was only one other person doing laundry when I walked in on a Thursday at 4:30pm and six people when I left at 7:30pm. I love that I can do tap to pay however I dislike that I can’t add more time to the dryer this way. You get 33min to dry for $2.00, the smallest washing machine (top loader) is $3.25, ground loader is $3.50+ and the largest machine (eight loads) is $8.50+ There are a handful of machines that are either out of order or cash only but it didn’t really affect me. They have a snack machine but I do wish they had beverages but 7-11 is just across the street so that’s convenient.

About a year ago I had came to this laundry mat and I was impress. It was clean and maintained. Customer service was a hit and miss but overall the environment was great. I came today and everything is broken, there’s ton of machines with out of order notes, the restroom is out of service and there’s probably 7 laundry carts in the entire laundry mat.

What happened this use to be one of the best laundry mats in the area . Ever since the company next door moved and the new owners came it's runed down bad . I remember a lady with glasses back then use to clean everything not just sit down and kick back like these new youngsters. Terrible place alot of the machines are broken the laundry carts broken . I even seen some lady hoarding 3 carts. This place is a disappointment. Owners is this how you run your personal house , SMH I wouldn't doubt it . If you're looking for a clean top of the line laundry, try Casey's Laundry mat in Downey . The ladies even greet you there and are cleaning machines and floors as people go . This place is the definition of profit over customers. You should be ashamed . Please don't message me saying sorry instead do something about it !!!!!!

This laundry is well-maintained, very clean, owners are always so nice and the staff is also very welcoming and ready to assist with anything that their customers need.

Clean facility with plenty of different size washers. I love that the machines accept credit cards. Makes it easier then having to put in a bunch of quarters. I came to wash my winter blankets me and my kids. I was able to wash all of them in two of the large capacity washers.

I had to email "I just loaded my card with $20. The boy working there said that it had $31 cause the machine to reload said that the clerk had to reload cause it was out of order, so I still had a balance of $6 before adding $20. I loaded all my clothes in the washers six 1 loaders $4 each and one $7.50 I paid for first one of $7.50. Then came to one load washers and says that it's had a low balance. So I went on to the next one and that took some money but says I still need to add .75 cents. What do you think happened to my money? I had $31 - $7.50 = $21.50? Where did the money go? I needed to wash my clothes that were in the washers already with the laundry soap. Please call me immediately **********" I hadn't gone to this place in a few months cause most of the machines are out of order including the change machine and card reloader. I live nearby and is convenient location for me. But the staff doesn't really help and the management is bad. I told the boy to call the manager or give me a number to call and he only gave me an email and said that I had to email and I would get a quick response. I have not gotten a response. I had to wash so I had pay cash for what i already prepared to wash in the machines with detergent so I spent about $60. I agree with another review on here and wouldn't recommend this place. Poorly managed, bad operations in all aspects. Do not waste your time going here

Not enough carts and people are always fighting for them. Half of the machines dont work most of the times and the ones that work sometimes dont take the credit card. 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been coming here for months and it’s always very clean. The staff is very friendly and eager to help.

They do have a good washer machine but they should let customers that there is a fee for use of a card.??? Literally a paid 5 bucks for drying my clothes and if supposed to be 2 bucks for 33 mins. 🙄😤😠🤬
