ZR Master Appliance Repair LLC

I recently called ZR Master Appliance Repair a little late in the evening because of water suddenly starting to leak from our refrigerator. They had a repair person at our house in less than an hour, and they fixed the refrigerator that night. I would rate them highly because they got someone out to us pretty quickly during irregular hours, and the repairman was polite and did a really good job cleaning up after he fixed the refrigerator. We were really happy with their service and responsiveness. We used their service again last week for a dryer vent cleaning. Nick showed up to do the cleaning, and he was very polite, did the vent cleaning quickly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We're very happy with the service we've received both times, so I'd still rate the service 5 stars. My only complaint would be about calling them for the service the second time. The first time I spoke to a person and that was great. The second time a family member called on speaker phone, and we're pretty sure it was some sort of voice automated system (although it sounded like a real person). When my family member paused at any time on the call the speaker moved on to the next question, and once it hung up on her so she had to call back. The speaker/system kept speaking over her and didn't deal well with questions being asked or my family member specifying any details. So, I would say to just be aware that you could run into difficulties with that system.

Zack was fantastic. He fixed my washer which wasn't washing, and had very small, obscure parts in his truck to update the worn ones in the agitator. I mentioned my fridge lights were not working, he came upstairs and fixed those (embarrassing--I wasn't tightening the bulbs enough, but they FELT tight). He would've taken nothing for his trouble. Definitely calling ZR for future repairs.
