Chantelle held my hand through the entire (and initially daunting!!) process of selling my late father’s home. She even helped with staging the house, which was really appreciated as it is not my strength. I wish that I had before and after photos to share! I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked when she was done, right down to thoughtful details like fresh flowers outside and in the kitchen. Chantelle was incredibly responsive to all my questions, whether by text or phone, any time of the day. The whole process felt so easy with Chantelle by my side. She was honest, reliable and professional. From arranging cleaners to getting quotes for Poly B pipe work that prospective buyers might ask about, everything was taken care of. We called Chantelle in October 2025 to chat about selling our house. Chantelle was responsive right away and offered to do a CMA, Comparative market analysis, for our property. Within just a couple of days she sent us an email that detailed and highlighted comparative properties that had recently sold in our neighbourhood to help us understand our potential property sales value. We chatted on the phone as she followed up and reviewed her CMA email package. Chantelle was thorough and we appreciated all her effort.
