Bullfrog Plumbing Sewer and Drain

I called Bullfrog Plumbing the first time last winter when the pipes froze under my house. Ishmael came. Looked at it and told me how to get the water running again but there was not any way to cure the issue that winter. I called again this summer, asked if he could come and come up with a solution. He came with his coworker, James, assessed how it could be helped, gave me an estimate and came back a few days later. They worked hard all day, digging down 6ft with hand tools to get to the water pipe. Ishmael came later to apologize that the actual cost would be higher than his estimate because it took longer to dig down an extra 3 ft because of the information given him. He offered to split the difference with me because he needed to pay James. I told him: "I gave you the wrong information and it was NOT his fault, that they did the work, and deserved to be paid for work done. He asked "are you sure?" Absolutely. He was so polite and gracious. Both Ishmael and James are very hard workers. They weren't on the phone, did not waste time, and kept me informed all the time what they were doing and why. If needed, they will be the first people I call again. I wish I would have taked a before picture. It looked like an octopus was coming out of the ground.
