Was the best decision I made in switching banks. So helpful, personal and feels like they really care about you not just another number. I love the old fashioned banking experience. I tell everyone that they should go visit and give it a try. Absolutely satisfied with every banking transaction..

Every time I visit the West Springfield branch I'm immediately welcomed by smiling faces. While most of my New Valley Bank business takes place online, it's always refreshing to conduct business in person in West Springfield!
