Dillar came highly recommended by a national real estate referral expert. She provided clear and frequent communication, She had excellent, up-to-the- minute familiarity with our neighborhood and the sales environment. She was courageously honest with information, even information that might be hard for us to hear. She provided superb advice about what to fix and how much to spend preparing the house for sale and high quality referrals to contractors. Once our house was ready to list, she did a soft launch and we received a more than acceptable offer immediately with qualified buyers and were able to close within a month. It’s hard to imagine a better experience selling our home. We recommend Dillar and her team without reservation.
