Everything about my experience at Hiland was great. During my search for my next car I took my time and went to 5 different dealerships in the area and none of them gave me the excellent customer service that I received from Gene and Tim at Hiland. They were both very patient, understanding, and relatable and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. I knew the moment I drove my 2023 Mazda CX 50 with Gene that it was the car for me. I had already done a lot of research on this car. Gene was very knowledgeable about all of the cars we looked at. Tim was very good at explaining the extended warranty which before I had decided I didn’t want, but Tim laid it all out on the table, and didn’t make me feel pressured. Now I feel satisfied and comfortable with my purchase knowing if anything goes wrong they got my back. 10/10 I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you so much!
