Dry-At-Last Waterproofing

They ended up knocking out a door and part of 2 walls to fully install the perimeter waterproofing in our basement. They were supposed to come back to replace those 2 parts of wall, but never did. Ok, not gonna make a huge deal out of it but something to note. Less than 1 month after we paid off this Project, just 3 yrs from project completion, we had three separate incidents of water seeping into the basement. When we called to let them know they said they would have someone reach out to set up a time to visit - no one ever did and it's been 6 weeks. Not to mention my electric is up with multiple dehumidifiers running 24/7.

I had the Dry At Last team install a new french drain (March '24) and couldn't be happier. From start to finish it was a great experience. During our initial meeting with Marcus he did a fantastic job explaining the process and answering our questions. I got quotes from 6 companies and felt the most comfortable with Marcus. Pricing wasn't the cheapest but i felt it was worth the additional money to go with them. The installation went smooth and efficient. Entire project took 2 days.1 day for prep work preparing the basement. Next day they removed old drain and installed a new one in 7 hours. The new system comes with warranties so that was an additional bonus i never thought of prior to installation. I would absolutely recommend Dry At Last to anyone who has water issues in their basement. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. My family is so happy to finally be able to use the basement again and Dry At Last was able to make that happen. Thank you!
