Kudos to the chef of Carindera ni Tandang Sora! 👍🏻The food was tasty and delicious. 👌I really enjoyed everything we ordered. For the seafood, you can even tell them how you want it cooked, whether Cajun-style or fried like their calamari. Their papaitan and sisig were also excellent! And the best part is the dessert! Their homemade ice cream is something you’ll keep coming back for. They have many flavors to choose from, but my favorite is the Lanka ice cream. 🤤 You must try it! 😉 We used to visit them back when their location was still in Deira. Now that they’ve moved, of course we had to check out the new place. ✨

There’s a very limited selection of hot foods, but the highlight is definitely the fresh seafood, which they can cook just the way you like. They have fresh crab, mussels, calamari, and fish. The price is 59 AED per person, including iced tea and dessert. For dessert, they offer halo-halo and ice cream (their homemade ice cream is absolutely amazing). Service was amazing! Very attentive, and the staff kept checking if we were doing well. The only downside is that the location is a bit confusing. There are two restaurant names at the front, which might make new customers unsure if they’ve found the right place. My suggestion would be to put a bigger sign with the correct name at the entrance.
