I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Maria. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She took the time to thoroughly explain my medication, how to take it properly, what side effects to look out for, and answered every single question I had without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was how compassionate and knowledgeable she is. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being and wants them to feel confident and informed about their treatment. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I left feeling reassured. It’s rare to find a healthcare professional who combines clinical expertise with such warmth and approachability. I’m so grateful for her guidance and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a pharmacist who truly goes above and beyond.

I went to go fill my prescription at S&M pharmacy and surprisingly I had a great experience compared to the reviews I've read on this app. My doctor sent my medication here after my car accident because I was not able to find the medication anywhere. The doctor didn’t explain anything to me but when I spoke to Maria in S&M, she made everything clear. She was so helpful and delightful and wasted no time answering all my questions when it came to how to take my medication and even letting me know they could deliver to my door. I have yet to find a pharmacy that is so convenient and helpful. S & M pharmacy is the best!!!

Maria at S&M Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. Always has a solution to all problems, is respectful and very knowledgeable. Any questions, she has the answer. Any concerns, she’s willingly to fix the problem. Very easy to talk to, would recommend anyone to go to S&M Pharmacy

Maria is an incredibly understanding pharmacist. She took the time to explain every single medication and eased my worries. This pharmacy is very accommodating. She made herself available in case I had any further questions.

Every time I’ve had a pharmacy order they’ve been quick and efficient. And those times I’ve needed deliveries of the meds because of injuries and whatnot, they’ve been equally as efficient. The pharmacists are such smart, kindhearted people, and the staff is always kind as well.

The pharmacy was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Marie provided excellent customer service and made the visit quick and easy.

This past Sunday I had called S&M pharmacy for my prescription. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he told me that my medicine will be ready within 45 minutes. I had sent my son up to go get the medicine. They only gave me three out of the five that I had ordered cuz they said the other two had to be ordered and it will be there on Monday morning I go over to pick up my medicine. They gave me one out of the two and the young lady told me that she had a order the medicine. I said to her you guys told my son that you were guys were going to order it on Sunday. She stated that since it was the weekend we had to wait till Monday to order the medicine. So now she tells me once the medicine comes in on Tuesday she'll be more than happy to send someone over with my medicine I called the pharmacy on Tuesday around 4:46 p.m. because I still haven't not received my medicine. The young lady tells me that the guy is out on the field with my medicine but he has other stops first. Long story short, my medicine never arrived. I called this morning to inquire why I have not received my medicine. The young lady told me that the gentleman never came back to the store to pick up my medicine, but meanwhile the lady yesterday tells me that the driver had the medicine on him. This is unacceptable. Says I've been using s&M pharmacy since 1977. I think that the service has gotten a lot worse over the years and something needs to be done over there. Just my opinion. Have a wonderful day!

Coming into this pharmacy has been a great experience everyone that works in this place is friendly and you could tell that they know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work.

The best pharmacy & staff they go above & beyond for your needs, I love if you need something & they don’t have it they will always tell you we can try and order it for next day that’s such a plus because the big chain stores will not do that. Also I love how they remember our names once we reach the counter they already know who we are it makes us feel wholesome & welcomed

I had an excellent experience with this pharmacy. They went above and beyond with same-day delivery, which was so convenient and saved me a lot of time. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that’s fast, reliable, and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them.
