It is honestly a shame to have write such a review because the ladies at Crème of beauty were very welcoming and created an inviting atmosphere throughout my appointment. They really took care in doing the hand massages and feet massages but my biab application did not last a week. I had to revisit the store twice within the space of two days due to 3 broken nails. On my second (and last visit as I have yet another broken nail but will not be going back) I was told that the biab I had gone for is not the best when adding nail extensions. This news was very frustrating as this could have been stated at my initial appointment to save me the hassle afterwards. I understand that there are learning processes but for the price I was charged for my nails I expected a much better quality and longevity. If going for a more elaborate nail style I would not recommend here.

The treatments were incredibly relaxing, and I could immediately feel the difference in my skin. The quality of the products and attention to detail are top-notch.
