ABBA Caravans

A big thanks to Scott, Omar, Ritchie, and Abbey for our 18’9” Urban Terrain first time workshop visit for assessment of some minor post build issues. All was reviewed and discussed with me in detaill before I headed off for breakfast, and I left feeling very confident all would be attended to. What needed to be ordered was confirmed and most items were fixed in a few hours. When I returned I had a full and detailed verbal report. One thing stood out not only are the service team easy and enthusiastic to work with, their knowledge of Urban vans and the optioned systems is amazing. I learned more in Scott and Omar’s post service run down than I did at the previous dealership handover. It is certainly worth the trip to Rockingham and I couldn’t recommend ABBA caravans more highly and will be back when the service is due. Many thanks team!

As part of selling our beloved caravan on consignment, a van that had been our full-time home for the past two years. We had the pleasure of dealing with Omar during the pre-inspection process, specifically on the electrical and technology side of things. From the very beginning, Omar was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain what our system was capable of, and more importantly why it hadn’t been performing to its full potential. Much like a phone or computer, the caravan’s system required regular updates to function efficiently. Something we were completely unaware of due to a poor handover when we originally purchased the van. Because of this, features such as efficient battery charging on lower power hadn’t been working as they should, which would have helped us greatly over the past two years. While it was admittedly frustrating to realise what we had unknowingly missed out on. Omar delivered this information with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. More than that, he ensured everything was fully updated, optimised, and running exactly as it should. Giving us real peace of mind that the new owners will now get to enjoy the van operating at its full capability. Omar also went above and beyond by maintaining contact throughout the process and keeping us updated, knowing I was curious to understand what had been missing all this time. His communication, knowledge, and willingness to help made a huge difference during what can be an emotional transition. We are incredibly grateful for Omar’s expertise and honesty.
