I have engaged their services on two separate occasions: once for brake repairs and once for a battery replacement. In each case, the service rendered was dependable and reasonably priced. The dispatcher was polite and kept me updated regarding the schedule. The mechanic exhibited professionalism and displayed respect.

They did not get off to a good start with me. No showed our first appoinment...however, they recovered nicely issuing a refund on my prepaid diagnostic (was waiting in my email 8am) and offered $40 dollars off my initial appointment if I decided to come back. I did, and they came out on time and diagnosed it as a faulty fuel pump module. I approved the quote and the technician was sold the wrong part. It was pretty late at that point. The part had to be shipped from Austin 1-2 days later ugh. This was not the tech or Guerrero's fault. Meanwhile Uber is bankrupting me getting to work everyday. So the part is delivered, tech comes back out to where my car is stranded, installs it..all good. For about four hours and my car starts stalling out, not restarting and acting like it did before....🙁 So the tech comes out again and adjusts a different part of the fuel line (no idea) and FINALLY, it's fixed. I want to put a shout out to the tech, Drayland, for giving me gold star service! He drove out to where my car was stranded three different times at three different locations to make sure my car was repaired right. Let me be clear, I was charged ONE service call for all of this.....I highly recommend this gentleman to make sure you receive great service. Thanks again Drayland!

AI analysis of every 5 star review says that they were very likely all written by the same person and I wish I had thought to do that before booking them. It’s the surest sign that the company is dishonest or predatory. My experience was awful. After having my vehicle broken into and just needing a new ignition switch, I booked an appointment with these folks. More than 3 hours late (which in turn made ME late to work) then didn’t send the quote. Not until almost 12 hours later- after I spent half my day trying to get a response from them. Then when I did get a response they LIED saying they did send the quote- to BOTH mine and my partners phone numbers and to some email address that isn’t mine. Neither of us received it. THEN they wanted over 3.3 k for a new ignition key switch. The prices for parts were hugely inflated over what I could easily find myself online, the labor was also double what other places charge. That is predatory ridiculousness. I only called these dorks to avoid having to tow my car to a mechanic on top of repair costs.. and that mechanic said with towing included that they could do the job for a little under 1.7k (which I also thought was high but within the realm of belief.) I may be out my 100 dollar quote fee, but I will be dammed if these people are getting another dollar from me. You should spend your money elsewhere as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Scheduled an appointment, weather was bad, but they sent someone out regardless. Never popped the hood, never even got close enough to the car to actually inspect it, and claim their 'diagnostic' was still completed. Not only did he not diagnose anything, he didn't even seem like he understood what I was talking about. So they are not refunding me my 100$ fee. Definitely think twice about using them!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences. The appt was for 10:45 am and the repairman didn’t arrive until 3pm. He left at 5pm for parts for the repair, they sent a message that he would not return until 8:40pm. However, they sent another text saying his arrival time was changed to 11:45 pm and he didn’t actually arrive back until midnight. We were told the tech was doing other jobs in between ours even though we had already paid in full. He didn’t finish until 5am. 💥💥💥UPDATE💥💥💥 This is a very shady business. In the response the company said they were issuing a refund which we didn’t ask for by the way. However, when we called about this refund we were told to contact a different number and provide some info which we did and we were supposed to hear back yesterday and it did not surprise us that they didn’t respond and have not issued a refund for one dime of our time or money.

The check engine light on my vehicle was activated. A detailed diagnostic was performed, the codes were explained, and I received a fair estimate. I appreciated the meticulousness.

I called with a straight forward question “how much is the labor to put on brakes that I already have?” I was told to pay for a diagnostic test 🤷🏽‍♀️ when I restated my need, I was told it’s too small of a job and to call my local mechanic. This company is not what it advertised. It clearly lists brakes in its services offered. And there is no need to diagnose on that.

My vehicle failed to start in the morning prior to my work. They arrived within two hours, identified the battery problem, and got me back on the road.
