Hiring Ezekiel Haigler was the biggest mistake of my brothers case. He railroaded my brothers lawsuit through neglect, missed filings, and outright false claims to the Court. My case was dismissed on procedural errors, not the merits, because he failed to act. When I filed a Motion to Show Cause over his negligence, he immediately tried to withdraw, lying to the Court that the case was “fully resolved” (it was not). This was nothing more than an attempt to dodge accountability and abandon his client. Ezekiel Haigler is not just careless—his conduct is an egregious injustice to justice itself. He put his own convenience above his client’s rights and left my case in shambles. Beware: If you care about your case, avoid this lawyer at all costs. Horrible lawyer that doesn't even deserve 1 star, but unfortunately 0 stars is not possible. I would not recommend anyone hire this firm for ANY matter. I had to go to his office in order to fire him for showing up to court 2 hours late and his complete incompetence after he stopped taking and returning my calls regarding my case. After walking into his office and giving my name to his receptionist, I was told he was not in the office and would not be in for the day. While waiting to speak with his office manager, he miraculously pulled up to the front door and walked straight into the back without speaking or looking at me.
