Poolfection Pool & Spa

I’ve recently stumbled across this treasure trove of a pool shop and am delighted! After 20mins in store with Alex I learnt more about my pool than I had in the previous 4 years of attempting to maintain a pool. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I would say he’s obsessed with getting pools to run as efficiently as possible. He genuinely wants you to spend as little on chemicals and energy as possible and so he spends the time working out what equipment you have an exactly what you need to do to manage it. I will definitely be coming back for more water testing and all of my pool products. Thanks again for your time Alex! Oh and the shop is also kid and dog friendly! There’s a cool play area for kids and some dog treats behind the counter!

Alex knows his business. Helpful, easy going, and has everything you need. Fair priced, easy to park outside and close to Burleigh Waters/Varsity or the motorway. Apart from water testing and any necessary salt etc, I also bought a new pool robot. Really good at its job, especially for the price!
