I recently moved again with Finch, this time from Concord to Antioch. The booking process was easy, the prices were reasonable, and they were very careful with my belongings. Thank you, Nick and Eugene for being extra careful with my TV, which I was so worried about!

My wall was cracked during a move for my TV and when asked about it, the movers were defensive and lied regarding the crack. It now costed me $200 and the company isn't willing to be responsible for the amount.
There were also several damages to my furnitures like scratches and broken bed frame. Additionally, it took 7.5 hours overall with 2 movers for a 1 bedroom, which is 1.5 hours longer than a typical moving company in SF. Pretty disappointed at the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity of the company to cover the damages they caused -- maybe I just had a bad luck with less experienced movers this time! :(
