Jonathan and Felix were exceptional in replacing my roof due to the hail damage! They made the process seamless-helped with filing the claim and following up throughout the entire process! The day of installation was a breeze! The team arrived at 7 am and completed the roof by 2pm! The team is uniformed and works excellent together! Very professional and polished !!!I am overjoyed and satisfied with my new roof! Its beautiful! Bravo for a job well done!!!

I was extremely satisfied with Zavala Roofing. Felix was here to look at the roof 2 days after I called. He worked directly with my insurance company about hail damage and I had a check the next week. The workers arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled. The work was well done and were very courteous to my wife and me. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and swept for stray nails before they left. Felix was at the site twice during the day, and at the end of the job that day to check on things and make sure that I was pleased with the work. While they were here I asked about some other gutter repairs that insurance did not cover. While there was minor damage, they advised me that they did not think they needed to be replaced at this time. Not many roofers would be that honest to their customers. Jonathon followed up after the work was completed to be sure that everything was filed completely and correctly with my insurance company. I would absolutely trust them and recommend them to anyone that has a need roofing or restoration.

Zavala recently replaced our roof after the hail storms several months ago. They tore off the old roof, sheeted over the existing 1x6 boards and replaced the flashing and put on new architectural shingles. They did a fantastic job and left the jobsite clean. The metal work on the flashing around the large chimney is the cleanest and best work I have seen. The owner stayed in touch and handled the insurance companies requests. I'd give them more than 5 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend these guys to anyone need roofing.

Cannot give a better rating than five stars for a job well done. Both Jonathan and Felix were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and geniuely helpful during the whole process of Installing our new roof. Not only did they work with us with our financing but also provided us the best quality\newest technological roof that is truly second to none in both looks and quality. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a roof repair, new installation, or just general information on the industry newest materials\practices and its subsequent laws and procedures of your area.

Support your own people they said! This company work for my neighbor and Jonathan give my bf their business card so we like to support them but Jonathan literally just ditch us and let us hang in there waiting for nothing for whole 3 month after we couldn’t get anything more from my insurance, he left me on read didn’t update me i don’t mind if he tell me that they couldn’t work on my roof or they don’t want to so I can looking for another company but him ? He left without telling me nothing, we was counting on them but he just left us disappointed, lucky I found MODERN ROOFING I called them and they came at the same day, took the payment from my insurance and will work on my roof for the next 2 weeks they give you easy time to work with them… anyway I wish I could give this out 0 stars

We have used Zavala Roofing three times and had a good experience. Each time Jonathan has been very responsive and his bids are competitive. This recent time we had an emergency situation and someone came out within 2 hours to repair a hole in our roof from the recent storm. No issues with work quality.
