Great job by Anthony, Luca, Ryan, and the rest of the team who fixed my blocked drain.
It’s never an easy decision to spend hard-earned money on a thorough repair, but Anthony was very understanding and explained several options for dealing with the blockage. In the end, it was absolutely worth it.
The Lime team replaced the terracotta section connecting to the main sewer line and also re-lined the main house sewer line for us.
I completely agree with another client who wrote: “It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical expertise with such friendly, considerate service.”
Every team member was polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. The job was well organised, and I was kept informed about the progress throughout the process.

Despite a few challenges during the job, they approached everything with ease, confidence, and great communication. They also took the time to thoroughly clean up afterwards, leaving everything spotless — a detail that really stood out and was much appreciated.
