I contracted with West Coast to renovate my bathrooms making them better accessible for me as I expect my mobility to change & I wish to age in place. Flor, the Project Manager, was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, & brought samples of materials to choose from. She also gave excellent suggestions on materials for my projects knowing my needs & requirements. The workers, Roberto, Juan, Pedro, & Velki were wonderful to work with & were very accommodating asking me how I wanted things done so that I was completely satisfied. I will definitely use West Coast for future projects & have recommended them to several friends.

Before we closed escrow, I had pest control come out and they found termites due to neglect from the previous owner. It was minor damage within the last year, but I still wanted to renovate it. Pest control told me it was cosmetic and not a big deal, but I have OCD and if I’m going to buy a house I’m going to take care of it. I contacted West Coast Mobile Home Improvements and Kevin came out and gave me an estimate for $1746, whereas others wanted over $4k for the same job. Just because WCMHI was charging less did not mean they’d do less than quality work. They did great! I had them remove the old carpet and plywood flooring, go underneath the house to reinforce the steps, and replace all the old flashing (silver colored carpet trim) and lay down charcoal colored carpeting. Cody and Alex did a spectacular job! It amounted to a facelift on our front porch. The front landing is stronger, free of any signs of previous damage, and inviting to guests. It looks like a whole new home on that side! I would not only recommend this vendor, but use them again myself for future projects. When you get price quotes from the other guys that will bite your wallet, call West Coast Mobile Home Improvements and you’ll never call anyone else again.
