Location is great, close to the beach, and the staff at the front desk is kind. Other staff so so. The room was clean, but the alarm at the room door kept going off, and they charged for the water they left in the room, when in other hotels you get them for free. There is only one elevator and many times it was full with the cleaning stuff. The breakfast was a bit lacking but not bad. I think this places work best for short stays and for people that mostly want to enjoy the beach.

I had a truly wonderful vacation at this hotel. The hotel is situated right next to the beach, just a few minutes' walk from the bridge. The rooms are very clean, bright, and fully equipped. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, I had a very restful sleep. The staff are also very enthusiastic and attentive. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

The room was great, but there was no hot water from the tap at all. After mentioned they ignored my request. Also, the breakfast was a disaster there was no food or even coffee. At least 10 people didn’t have anything to eat for breakfast, they made food while repairing dirty machine felty room.

I stayed for 3 weeks. +Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms, nice pool. +Sign "do not disturb" was available for guests who do not need cleaning each day. +Close to the sea. - At first they gave me room with strong bug repellent scent in the 4th floor. I tried to ventilate it, asked them to rewash floors, but scent remained strong. So strong that it made my head dull and nose hurt. I thought that it should disappear with time, but when I went to sleep, understood that I cannot sleep in such a smell. Asked to change rooms. They gave me room on the 3d floor. There water in toilet was not filling up, they fixed it next day. -There were some loud noises before 6 AM in first 5 days. Maybe from kitchen below. -Safes were unlocked and unusable in both rooms. -Breakfast was very simple, more offers were in more busy days, but these days were veeery rarely. And on my last day in this hotel I went to restaurant for breakfast, but staff was cleaning everything and informed me that there will be no breakfast. I made a fuss and got breakfast, because no one has informed me before. And starting from October 1st this hotel is not offering breakfast anymore. -There was one misunderstanding. I needed to check out on Sunday, but on Friday I bought one more night till Monday so I could book a scooter and drive to Hoi An on Saturday/Sunday. They forgot to register it and when I arrived on Saturday evening, they asked me where was I as I needed to check out. They were looking for me and was scared that I run away with scooter. -One weekend room cleaners came at 8:30 AM, while I was still sleeping :D It was strange, as breakfast time is till 9:30 and it was weekend. Or some days they came straight after breakfast time, when it is usually bathroom time for people. Most day they came around 10:30. So I did not like that it was unpredictable when they will come. -It is not up to hotel, but there were some loud guests who were stumping or jumping very loud or doing gymnastics in late evening for hours (bought earplugs to sleep) or loudly moving chairs upstairs till 1AM or shouting in hallways. -Petite girl tried to help me with heavy bags, but otherwise I carried them up and down the stairs. -Construction works started next to the hotel wall, building is being built.

I’m unsure on how this hotel gets reviews Location was good, close to the beach. The beds were comfortable. There were very few plugs near the beds and within the bedroom, which was quite small. We found it a bit overpriced compared to other places we stayed at. Only 1 lift for the entire hotel which took forever. It even broke down during our stay. The breakfast was the worst we've ever had, and they only gave us a coupon for one morning even though we stayed for longer. The gym was terrible. Additionally, we experienced plumbing issues, but the staff team did come and try to solve them.

Personally, I think this hotel is worth staying at if anyone needs to rest and travel to the beach. The room is very clean, the housekeeping staff cleans and changes towels regularly every day. Breakfast is simple but quite delicious. I will come back here if I have a chance to go out in Danang

I had the pleasure of staying at Elites Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city

Great place to stay. Good clean room ,friendly staff, short walk to good beach. Uyên was particularly helpful ,always happy and friendly and made the stay very pleasant as did all tge staff whose names I don't know including security house keeping and reception. Thank you Uyên and all your colleagues for a great stay. I will be back. 🤩

A very nice and chill hotell with helpful staff. They have a small pool on the roof and great breakfast. One thing to note is that electricity is turned of when you leave the appartment so you cant charge electronics unless you stay in ur room.

The absolute most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Hard as a rock, would be same to sleep on the floor. Woke up with sore back and neck. Air conditioning was not working throughout the night and woke up multiple times during the night because I was sweating so much. Shower drain is not working as it should, so the shower is flooding a bit. Asked to get our luggage’s brought to our room, but had to go get them ourselves 15 minutes later, because no one was bringing them. Small but modern looking rooms. Great location.
