Hired then for a long distance tow, waitsburg to vancouver. He not only beat most of the other company's prices but was also flexible with payment options. He also recommended a mechanic in case we wanted to try to get it fixed there instead of towing it back. He was very communicative during the whole process and was very careful with the vehicle. We were so pleased with the excellent “above and beyond” service from Villegas Towing and Francisco. It was late at night when Francisco arrived and maneuvered our battery dead car from our small garage and delivered it to the dealership in TriCities. His problem solving expertise was amazing. He was courteous and friendly all the while he worked, explaining each procedure.
