I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. When I went for my appointment, the only service I received was an X-ray. The dentist told me he could not take my case. However, when I later checked with my insurance, I discovered that the office submitted a claim stating I had received a cleaning, evaluation, and X-ray. This was not true, and it feels dishonest. Because of this, my insurance now considers my cleaning benefit already used, even though I never had the cleaning.
In addition, the overall experience at the office was unprofessional. The dentist did not properly introduce himself, explain the process, or communicate clearly. The staff were also rude and made me feel like I wasn’t being treated with respect.

Dr Siddiqui is absolutely wonderful. He always makes me feel comfortable!! Very good root canal and crown.
