By enrolling in the Kids Program at Sozo Jiu Jitsu, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions: Enrollment & Availability Enrollment is subject to availability. Class sizes are limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of a signup form does not guarantee placement until enrollment is confirmed. Eligibility & Participation Participants must meet program age and readiness requirements as determined by the instructors. Sozo Jiu Jitsu reserves the right to place students in appropriate classes for safety and instructional quality. Assumption of Risk Jiu Jitsu is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By enrolling, the parent or guardian acknowledges these risks and agrees that participation is voluntary. Medical Responsibility Parents or guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation. Sozo Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for undisclosed conditions. Conduct & Safety Students are expected to follow instructor guidance and academy rules at all times. Sozo Jiu Jitsu reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant for unsafe behavior or repeated rule violations. Fees & Payments Tuition, registration fees, and any promotional offers are subject to change. All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations & Schedule Changes Class schedules may change due to holidays, events, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible. Media Release By enrolling, the parent or guardian grants permission for photos or videos of the student to be used for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted. No Guarantees While instruction is provided to the highest standards, individual results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding skill progression or outcomes. Agreement Acceptance Enrollment and participation constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
