A&E plumbing & remodeling

We asked A&E Plumbing to replace a suspected bad pressure tank on our well water system. They were very knowledgeable and thorough during the install. Austin, the owner and his apprentice Eric were determined to have the system working properly even though we found other components that would need to be replaced also. They explained everything that was being checked and why. I will continue to use them for any future needs and would refer them to anyone in need of their expert services.

Austin and A&E Plumbing have helped me out on multiple projects now and he provides a great service with very reasonable rates! I have an older home that still has old cast iron pipes and galvanized lines, and Austin and his crew have done a great job with everything I've needed help with, and I've always felt like I'm getting a great service for the rates he charges. A&E is my go-to in Gadsden whenever I have plumbing issues, and I highly recommend him for anyone who needs any work done. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable and will talk you through what he's doing, his process, and various solutions depending on your problem. Highly recommend, 5 Stars!

At first, Austin comes across as a very nice knowledgeable plumber. I had him do some work around my place and with in 3 months his work has already started leaking. He jerked me around about coming to fix the leak( i waited 3 weeks with no water) only for him to ghost me/never respond..he goes on and on about if you have a problem with his install to call him and he will fix it but when you tell him its having issues its not his fault...he said he had a 2 year warranty on parts and labor and that your price is 'Lock and Key' but will not honor his warranty. I have had to have other plumbers come out to fix his 3 month old install because it wasn't done right the first time.save your time and money and hire someone who is honest and will do the work right and sand behind it

I was really impressed with A&Es professional and friendly service. Austin showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my clogged drain cleared in no time. He has built wooden privacy fences for me as well, beyond happy with the results! He was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. The rates were reasonable too. I'll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!"

Austin came out and put in my bidet . I had talked with him before he came out and impressed with the answers and info I received from him . He came out did the job and explained how it works and all before he left he ask that we try it to see how it was . We needed our main sewer line replaced for the past few years, but hesitated to have it done due to negative past experiences with plumbers. When it stopped up again last week, my husband headed to Lowes to buy a piece of equipment to try and "fix" it once more. On the plumbing aisle he ran into Austin. I am so thankful he did. After a short discussion about our situation, Austin offered to stop by and fix it after he finished the job he was currently working on. He stayed in communication through the day keeping us updated on his possible arrival time and he showed up when he said. Two new firsts for us with plumbers. Then, he got the sewer line draining. He took the time to explain what the problem was and how to really fix it and gave us a very reasonable price. Two additional firsts with plumbers from our experience. He showed up on the day he said he would and not only solved our issue, but went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly, and left my yard in great condition when he was done. He is the only one I will ever call. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and great at his trade, he is a genuine person.

Austin with A&E premiere plumbing is a great guy. After reading the Google reviews, I had second thoughts about calling. I understand that the public (and myself) want service immediately after they call and speak with the company and explain their problem, and the company wants to give the most accurate time frame of when they can be there and how much to fix or complete the job over a phone call, but that can't be done accurately. He told me he would be here at a certain time and he was several hours later than that time. I was bothered by that but he explained he ran into something unexpected finishing the job he was on before he came to me. He and his crew re-plumbed every sink, toilet, and shower in my 1985 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home with the newer PEX water lines. During his installation, he and I realized the washing machine was in the shed out in the backyard with the water lines running under the decking, and he ran those lines with shut-off valves at no additional costs from the original price he quoted me. After I explained my disability and not being able to drain the water lines correctly in freezing weather (the reason my lines busted) he just took it upon himself to add a drain line and valve at the edge of the trailer that allows me to drain the water lines in case of freeze or when we leave during the winter time, as this is our summer home. All in all Austin and A&E Premiere Plumbing are great guys and do the best job for the customer and I highly recommend A&E Premiere Plumbing.

I recently had A&E Plumbing install a tankless gas water heater in my home, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Austin, the owner, was the epitome of professionalism. Not only was he skilled and efficient, but he also went the extra mile with the installation, taking additional steps to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. I was incredibly impressed and would happily recommend A&E Plumbing (and especially Austin!) to anyone in need of reliable and exceptional plumbing services.
