My friend's father moved into Vista Roseville almost a year ago now, and it has been a remarkable experience for him. He was initially hesitant about leaving his home where he was living alone for many years, but he needed more support. We visited several other places in Roseville, but none of them had that true home feeling but Vista Roseville. The staff's kindness and warmth made the transition easy for him. The community feels vibrant and homey, with a huge library, it's now his go-to spot for new reads. The activities girl Krystal does an amazing job with a wide variety of different things to do throughout the day. He loves the movie nights and the outdoor courtyard where he likes to sit and watch the hummingbirds while getting some sunshine. He also really likes the exercise class in the morning; it keeps him active every day. They also have weekly outings with the bus. They recently had a picnic at Folsom lake. He loves to go to happy hour on Thursdays where they have live entertainment, snacks and beverages. The puppet guy is so much fun. He couldn't stop talking about him. The dining options are also surprisingly impressive. He has dietary restrictions, and the kitchen staff has gone out of their way to accommodate his needs while still making the food tasty and varied. He has even started looking forward to mealtimes! Overall, I highly recommend Vista to anyone looking for a compassionate, safe, and vibrant place for their loved ones. It's more than just senior living--it's a community, and we're grateful every day for the peace of mind it brings.
