I can’t recommend Kevin Middleton with Shingle to Slab Home Inspection enough! From start to finish, the inspection was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Every detail was explained clearly, and I truly felt confident in the evaluation of the property. Kevin even went above and beyond by scheduling the video plumbing inspection through Clear Choice NOLA and the WDIR inspection with Bullseye Pest Control at the same time as his inspection, so all three were completed in under two hours. If you’re looking for an inspector who is extremely detailed and genuinely cares about doing the job right, look no further. Excellent experience all around!

I retained STS to perform a pre-purchase home inspection and am very happy with the result. Kevin did very thorough work inspecting the house and property. His inspection report was delivered within a few hours of leaving the property. I will definitely be recommending Kevin to anyone I know that needs a home inspection.
